“My Cimencam” is an online sales application for Cimencam products created in partnership with Afriland First Bank. Commercial operations are carried out via bank or mobile money transfers. Developed over a period of 2 years, the “My Cimencam” application has 900 customers (distributors, building and civil engineering companies, retailers, private individuals, etc.). Since its creation in 2019, this application has recorded approximately 19,000 orders, i.e. 67% of Cimencam’s turnover in March 2021.
The choice of Afriland First Bank for this partnership is not a coincidence. A survey of Cimencam customers showed a virtually universal preference for this credit institution. “The launch of Afriland First Bank’s online bank transfer service is part of the bank’s digital transformation project, which aims at empowering customers through fast and secure access to banking services for instant settlement of their multiple transactions,” said Dieudonné Hervé Ayissi, Director of Retail Banking, Leasing and Factoring, who represented Alphonse Nafack, Afriland First Bank’s Managing Director.
