The February 2021 banking market indicators published by the National Credit Council confirm that Afriland First Bank is the leader in the financing of the economy. Its outstanding loans at the end of February 2021 stood at CFAF 704.7 billion. Afriland First Bank is a reference bank operating across Cameroon with a network of 47 branches. It is the leader in the national banking sector, accounting for about 1/5th of the market share in a market of 16 banking institutions. It is financially robust and relies on the technical expertise of more than 700 employees who work on a daily basis to ensure optimal levels of service to all customer groups: individuals, professionals, SMEs, large companies and institutions.
