Each employee has a profile with a login ID and a password predetermined by you, linked to the main account that you control.
• Maximum security: transactions on your account are secured by the Digipass that generates a one-time use password each time you log onto the platform.

• In branch from Monday to Friday during business hours 07.30 to 11: 45 and from 14:30 to 17:45 and on Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 17:30.

You should

• Fill out and sign a subscription form available in branch and/or here making sure to mention the phone number where to send the alerts
• Provide the bank with a copy of your valid identity card or with those of the main signature bearer in the account, (National ID card or Passport)
